How our online service works

The ‘Online Store’ section of the williamfigueroa.com website is the online ordering, shopping, and information service of Art and Design Collections Inc.

For your convenience, you may place an order online at any time of the day.

Terms and Conditions

Terms of supply

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Art & Design Collections. Please, read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions and changes will be posted on the williamfigueroa.com site.

Registration

You can register as a shopper with williamfigueroa.com to benefit from our regular updates on special product promotions.

Hours of Operation

The staff at Art & Design Collections fulfill orders Monday to Friday from 11am-7pm (Eastern Time). Orders placed outside of these times will be fulfilled on the next business day.

The Shopping Process

When you decide to buy something, simply click on ‘add to cart’. While you continue shopping you can click on ‘view/checkout’ link at any time to view the contents of your shopping cart. If you have a specific request or require further information email us at cs@williamfigueroa.com.

Placing your order

When you order something from Art & Design Collections you must comply with our shopping process. By placing an order with us you warrant to us that you are resident in the U.S. that you are accessing the Site from the U.S. and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly by email, telephone or mail to inform you.

All items are subject to availability.

Prices and Payment

The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site. Prices are subject to change. These prices do not include sales tax, where applicable. Delivery costs are not included.

Refunds and replacements

You may return any product you have ordered from williamfigueroa/art&designcollections.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise in perfect condition, excluding custom and special orders.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

To return any item please contact williamfigueroa.com via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to Art & Design Collections.

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All online refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Art & Design Collections.

Order Cancellations

Please call or email to cancel an order.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.

You can contact us Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm E.S.T. Outside these hours, you will be able to leave a message and will be contacted the following working day.

Liability and Disclaimer

We warrant that any product purchased through the williamfigueroa/artanddesigncollections.com website (the "Site") is of satisfactory quality and fit for its intended purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the foregoing shall be return of the product in question for a refund subject to strict adherence to our refund and replacement policy above.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, (A) NEITHER ART AND DISIGN COLLECTIONS INC. NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF SITE, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE AND (B) THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH OUR SITE IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR THE COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.

Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and the relationship between you and Art & Design Collections Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The State and Federal Courts located in West Palm Beach, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services provided on this Site or through this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
